How it works
Thirty-plus long-form pieces on GIS, situational awareness, emergency management, and IT optimization. I source them from interviews with the engineers and emergency managers who did the work, draft under someone else's byline, then edit what comes back against the standard the whole library is measured on.
None of it carries my name, by design. Samples on request.
Beyond articles
I also delivered style guides, templates, and standard operating procedures to the Federal Judiciary, so an institution that writes constantly had one format to write into instead of forty.
