The brief
Fern cut power to more than 2.2 million people. We had live grid data through a partner, and public safety leaders needed to see it while the storm was still moving, not in a report afterward.
What I built
A campaign to put that data in front of them for free: the content, the web build, the social, and the coordination across teams to ship it fast.
The creative was the data itself, outage detections moving across the map as the storm did, plus an infographic that explains how a sensor reading becomes a polygon on a GIS layer.
What happened
Traffic to our data services page rose 3,391%.
Then I did the part most campaigns skip. I converted that attention into pipeline with account-targeted LinkedIn outreach, which turned into several proposal submissions.
